Acceptable Use Policy

The following goods and services may not be listed, sold, offered, or facilitated on lnbay under any circumstances:

Illegal and regulated items

• Controlled substances, narcotics, or prescription drugs without authorisation
• Firearms, ammunition, suppressors, or weapon modification parts where prohibited by law
• Explosives, incendiary devices, or materials primarily used to cause harm
• Stolen goods, counterfeit products, or items infringing intellectual property rights
• Goods or services that violate import, export, or sanctions regulations
• Wildlife, endangered species, or products derived from protected animals

Financial and fraudulent items

• Unregistered securities, investment contracts, or financial instruments
• Lottery tickets, gambling services, or sweepstakes outside permitted jurisdictions
• Fake reviews, fake followers, or engagement manipulation services
• Phishing kits, scam pages, or any item designed to defraud others
• Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing recruitment, or Ponzi-style services

Harmful and offensive content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or content
• Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
• Doxxing services or listings that expose private information of individuals without consent

Digital and cyber items

• Malware, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, or any malicious software
• Hacking tools or services targeting systems without authorisation
• Stolen credentials, account access, or personal data obtained unlawfully
• DDoS-for-hire services or any form of network disruption
• Spam tools, mass messaging software, or bulk email services

Beyond prohibited listings, the following behaviours are not permitted on lnbay:

Fraud and deception

• Misrepresenting the condition, origin, authenticity, or nature of a listing
• Creating fake accounts, impersonating other users, or using false identity information
• Manipulating ratings or reviews through fake purchases, self-reviewing, or coercion
• Conducting transactions outside the platform to avoid fees after making contact through lnbay
• Charging buyers for items that are never shipped or services that are never delivered

Harassment and abuse

• Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other users through messages or reviews
• Sending unsolicited commercial messages or spam through the messaging system
• Using lnbay to stalk or monitor another person without their knowledge
• Publishing private information about another user without their consent

Platform abuse

• Scraping, crawling, or automated access to lnbay without prior written permission
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to user accounts, our servers, or our database
• Introducing viruses, trojans, or other malicious code into the platform
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access control measures
• Creating multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban

Sellers on lnbay are solely responsible for their listings and must:

• Ensure all listings are accurate, honest, and not misleading
• Only list items they own, have the right to sell, and can fulfill
• Ship physical goods promptly after payment is confirmed, with valid tracking
• Deliver digital services within the timeframe stated in the listing
• Respond to buyer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all laws applicable to the sale of their goods or services, including consumer protection and tax obligations
• Not list the same item simultaneously in multiple places if stock is limited to one unit

Buyers on lnbay must:

• Provide accurate shipping information when placing an order
• Only purchase items they genuinely intend to buy
• Not file false or fraudulent disputes
• Use the messaging system only for legitimate enquiries related to listings
• Not attempt to coerce sellers into providing goods or services beyond what was listed

All content submitted to lnbay — including listing titles, descriptions, images, messages, and reviews — must meet the following standards:

• Must not be false, misleading, or deceptive
• Must not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Must not contain profanity, graphic violence, or sexually explicit material
• Must not include personal information of third parties without their consent
• Must be written in a manner that is respectful to other users

Listing images must accurately represent the item being sold. Stock photos may be used for digital goods and services, but must not misrepresent a physical item's actual condition.

If you encounter a listing or user you believe violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it via the Contact page. Include the username or listing URL and a brief description of the concern.

We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending accounts, or referring matters to law enforcement where required.

lnbay reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to violations of this AUP, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Remove or edit any listing or content
• Issue a formal warning to the account holder
• Temporarily suspend account access
• Permanently terminate an account and reserve the username
• Restrict or block access to certain platform features
• Report activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Enforcement decisions are final. If you believe an action was taken in error, you may contact us to request a review, though we are not obligated to reverse any decision.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or our practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of lnbay following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
